Hey there, I'm Olivia!

I am part of the 4th generation of my family to be raised in a quaint little water town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. At age 17, just days after graduating high school in my tiny hometown, I bravely moved to Manhattan, New York. Over the next five years, I experienced a whirlwind of culture while I was living there attending Art School and working in the Entertainment Industry. During this time, I was fortunate to work alongside some of the most refined party-planners for companies such as (RED), Belvedere, Insomniac & more.

In 2015, we lost our father, the man who inspired my artistic talents and introduced me to the hospitality industry, and so I was compelled to travel, spending significant time in both Dubai and across Asia where I was able to further refine my Event Planning skills.

Having spent the majority of my twenties event planning on a larger scale, I have since settled down into a very quiet lifestyle with the love of my life, Taylor. When I’m not busy planning events for others, I spend most of my downtime with him in our quiet little water town, looking out at the neighbor’s farm, working on home projects and cooking up meals from the local produce and fresh fish our town has to offer.

After providing on-site/day-of services for over 100 weddings/special events, I am now embracing the freedom that allows me to provide wedding + event planning consultations full-time, entirely preparing my clients for their special day in the most creative and seamless way imaginable. With Olivia Yeatman Events BTS services, I allow everyone to think you made the magic happen all on your own, and that’s what makes me happiest...
